Featured Stamper

The Featured Stamper Challenge over at Splitcoast is marvelous fun! Last Sunday's Featured Stamper was Anne Ryan! Anne is a definite sweetie... her kindness and genuine charm are evidenced by the uplifting comments she leaves in galleries. She has put a smile on my face more than once! Thanks, and congratulations Anne!

The Featured Stamper Challenge works like this: you visit the featured stamper's gallery and choose a design that you would like to case (copy). You may case the card however you wish, although you must change something in your design. In this case, I followed Anne's sketch closely, but changed colors and image. Anne's design that I chose to case is here.

The papers that I used in my design are from PaperTrey Ink. They are absolutely delicious-- as is the name of the colorway-- Plum Pudding. The designer background paper, solid paper, satin ribbon, Linen Vellum, ink and sentiment are all PTI. I used the Linen Vellum in the layering-- adds a bit of texture-- though very hard to see in the photo. The main image is by Stampin' Up-- aptly named "Upsy Daisy." I finished off my case with a self adhesive rhinestone from Kaiser Scrapbook.

Thanks for stopping by!

Ooooooh, I haven't gotten these colors yet but now I think I need them! This is so pretty with the paper and ribbon. A nice layout for this image, too.
