Valentine's Day LOVE Banner

Hello! I've been wanting to make up a Valentine's Day banner, and decided that today was the day! The Free 4 All Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers really was the impetus for it all...check it out!

Not a super great picture, but you can get the idea...

I grabbed Bo Bunny's "Crazy Love Collection" paper (marked down now!)...check out the Bo Bunny papers HERE.

Spellbinder Classic Hearts and Classic Scalloped Hearts (also marked down...!) were used to die cut the banner pieces...I also cut a piece of notebook cardboard in the shape of the hearts to glue onto the back of each to make it more stable.

Stampin' Up Chipboard letter panels (ages old...from my stash), painted with Ivory acrylic paint, then stamped with Itty Bitty Background speckles made up the LOVE. I glued decorator paper pieces to the back of the open letters to give a touch more patterned interest. My "O" is a Webster's Pages Holiday Pink Floral Silhouette, found HERE.

Following are the closeups of each letter:

Extras: May Art's pink Striped Ribbon, May Art's Burlap String, Webster's Pages Traditional Tinsel Card, Melissa Frances Rhinestones, Bow Easy, and pink chunky glitter (I think from Stampin' Up...no label on the container).

All linked items are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check back on Saturday for Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style!
