Silk and Butterfly

Quick and easy design today...silk ribbon takes center stage!

I began with a background decorator paper print from Graphic 45's "Time to Flourish" 6 x 6 Patterns and Solids pad.  You can find all of the Time to Flourish collection HERE. This pattern is a fun design...it says it all! No need for a sentiment here!

A May Art's 1.25" Silk Ribbon bow is made using an Original Bow Easy-- I wrapped the ribbon around the Bow Easy twice, making the loops a bit fuller with the intent to mimic the butterfly shape.

The butterfly die cut is a Spellbinder Die-D-Lite in "Flutters." The die set has two nice sized butterflies-- the one shown, and a solid embossed edged type. A couple of self stick Kaisercraft Rhinestones finishes the design.
