Silver Bells Winter Scene

I've been enjoying using Spellbinder dies this season. Here is a fun one that could be used in multiple ways: Spellbinder's "Picture Perfect Die."

This is the first design that I have created with the die. I used pure white cardstock, but can see it cut from watercolor paper with a watercolored sunset; maybe layers of darker cardstock or printed paper for the background to make a starry night sky; or the die shape itself used as an ornament with a ribbon attached. Looking forward to trying some of these ideas in the next couple of days!

I began by using M-Bossabilities "Mystic" Embossing Folder for texture. The die cut scene is mounted (with Thermoweb 3D Foam Strips) upon the base layer after using silver Stickles to add some bling. You could also use a fine silver glitter and a Sakura Quickie Glue Pen to add the glimmer.

A sentiment is stamped with a JustRite's clear "Gift of Faith Sentiment" with Versafine Onyx Black ink.

Last accent: a Seam Binding Bow created with an Original Bow Easy and Silver Glitter Jingle Bell.

I hope that you have enjoyed today's post. All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Please have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving Day tomorrow with your family and friends!

This is one very lovely card! There is so much creative potential with the dies you used. Can't wait to see the starry night one you suggested.
