Christmas Authentique Glad Tidings Style!

A neutral and natural color design
for you today using

I enjoyed putting this one together. The Authentique pad has so many prints in it...I believe that this holly leaf
background is my favorite!

Onto particulars:
The base is two prints layered and sponged with both Versamagic Multi Surface Chalk ink and Tim Holtz Distressed Tea Dye ink on the edges. The bulb and leaves are also distressed on the edges.

The bulb was fun to make using FabScraps Grey Chipboard Baubles:

I traced the ornament onto the decorator paper then trimmed it to shape and glued it down (Tombow Mono Multi Glue). I used DecoArt Metallic Lustre Wax in Iced Espresso to add a bit of gleam to the bulb loop up top. More distressing and a May Art's 1/4" Silk Ribbon bow finish the bulb; it is popped up on the card using Thermoweb 3D Foam Strips.

The leaves were die cut using Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia dies and the sentiment was created using Spellbinders Font One Upper Case alphabet dies.

All supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Thanks so very much for stopping by today!
