Altenew Vintage Flowers

I've been having a great time creating with The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's new line: Altenew Stamps!

This card was fun to make using Altenew's "Vintage Flowers" and "Vintage Flower Dies."  What a fun stamp set-- different flowers (including two rose images) and this lovely branch. The dies make for quick and easy cuts as well...fussy cutting has never been one of my favorite things to spend time on.

I stamped the blossoms and branch using Altenew "Four Scoops Ink Cubes." The green leaves in the picture are Tim Holtz Distress "Shabby Shutters" ink; the blue paint spatters are Tim Holtz Distress "Stormy Sky."

After stamping the background branch/image, I ran it thru my Cuttlebug using Spellbinder's "Framed Canvas" embossing folder. All embossing folders are on sale right now at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

The blossoms were attached to the image panel with bits of Thermoweb 3D Foam Strips, then adhered to the background of the card covered with Kaisercraft's "Charlotte's Dream" designer paper.

A border of new Katarina Ivory Venise Lace  (just over 1/2" wide!) plus bow made with an Original Bow Easy and May Art's 1.25" Ivory Silk was added. A Kaisercraft coral Sparklet Rhinestone Cluster added the final touch of sparkle.

All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. Check out the Spring Cleaning Sale that Sharon is currently running--last chance for many items.

Thanks so very much for stopping by!
