New Stamp Simply Ribbon Store Stamp Release--Farmhouse Christmas

Hello there! The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store has released two new clear sets to compliment their "Farmhouse Series" stamps:

This post features "Farmhouse Christmas." I will have another post this evening at 8 PM to share a design using

The base of the card is made of Coredinations Heavyweight Smooth white cardstock, layered with a Heidi Swapp Glitter Paper panel die cut with Spellbinder's Hemstitch Rectangle dies. The Heidi Swapp paper is beautiful, but is definitely more of a paper weight than cardstock. It does need a cardstock base for structure. The glitter paper was glued to the cardstock base with Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Glue.

The image panel was die cut with Spellbinder's Hemstitch Oval dies, then stamped with the image. I choose the Christmas Joy to the World ornament from the new stamp set. After prepping the white cardstock oval with an EK Success Powder Tool (which helps eliminate any wayward specs of embossing powder), I stamped with ornament image with Versamark Watermark ink and applied Ranger Super Fine Silver Embossing Powder and heat set it. I also stamped and embossed the "Merry Christmas" sentiment from the set onto a strip of vellum (similar HERE).

The image panel was popped up onto the card base with Thermoweb 3D Foam Squares for a bit of dimension. A May Art Metallic String bow and a pearl were added for interest.

Here's the inside sentiment from the "Farmhouse Christmas" stamp set, stamped with Delicata Non Tarnishing Silvery Shimmer ink...

Here's a glimmer shot. The silver embossing and glitter paper have a darker sheen in the photo; they are a lighter silver color "in real life."

All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Please do join me once again this evening at 8 PM to see another
