Yes, it's the July hop for the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store Design Team! We're putting the focus on RubberSoul/Wordsworth stamps, along with the gorgeous papers and ribbons, all from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store! I drew my inspiration for today's design from a photo that I took July 3rd--it appears at the end of my post.
My design for today uses a sentiment from the Clearly Wordsworth set, "Everyday Greetings." I stamped the verse with Versafine Black Onyx ink, then die cut it with Spellbinder's Shapeabilities "Ribbon Tag Trio Two." The tag was then threaded onto May Art's cream twill ribbon.
Spellbinder Shapeabilities "Sunflower Set One" also makes a pretty cute daisy! I die cut three layers of blossom leaves from speckled cream cardstock to form a full flower; added one green leaf, and golden center sponged with dark brown ink.
The cheerful orange polka dot background is courtesy of KaiserCraft's "Devonshire Collection."
To go along with our hop today, there is BLOG CANDY for one fortunate person! Leave a comment on all of the blogs participating, and you may be the lucky person chosen to receive the goodies!
