Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's First Blog Hop!

Welcome to the very first Stamp Simply Ribbon Store Blog Hop! If you came here from Sharon Johnson's No Time to Stamp blog and Stamp Simply Ribbon Store, you're at the right place! You will find info about a *delectable* prize, as well as the rest of the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store Design Team to follow...but first up...my design for today!

This new JustRite set, "Stitched with Love," should appeal to all who love sewing, or maybe to those who love a cozy, country look! The sentiment here reads, "I love being your friend because...you always keep me in stitches!" So fun! I have the perfect friend to send this to--she DOES keep me in a running stitch!

I created my card base by piecing strips of KaiserCraft Lilac Avenue Collection designer paper, giving somewhat of a pieced, quilted effect. Some dimensional tape pops up a border strip accent, ready to position the JustRite medallion.

I stamped the image quilt piece with Versafine Black Onyx ink, paper piecing the design with three of the dp prints. Spellbinder Petite Circle dies were used to die cut the layers for the medallion.
A Bow Easy Bow made of May Art's Lavender Silk ribbon, along with a daisy, button, and May Art's Ivory twine finish this quick and easy card for a special friend.
ALL products used in this project are available at the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.
Now, for the prize info:
