This week's Stamp Simply Challenge (126) involves color--yes, a color challenge! We were to use shades of purple and green. I went with mostly shades of purple, though there is green colors on the image panel.I'm featuring Our Daily Bread design's new February set, "He Watches Me." I stamped the sparrow onto a speckled cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then colored it with Copic markers and a white gel pen. A Spellbinder Oval die (Stamp Simply Ribbon Store) was used to die cut the image panel.
These gorgeous decorator papers are Kaiser Craft's 6" Lilac Avenue Collection Paper Pad, available at the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. The base of my design is SU's Elegant Eggplant.
The beautiful lavender silk ribbon is May Arts, made into a quick and easy bow using a Bow Easy, both from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

This card is just stunning! I am totally amazed at how FAB the brown looks with the purple -- I would have NEVER even tried it, but I'll be checking out that color combo now to see if I can made it work as well as you did -- LOVE this -- GREAT job on the color challenge!!!
