Spring is Blooming--well, at least on this post! We still have a LOT of snow on the ground, but have had above average temperatures (in the 40s) the past week or so. The snow is slowly leaving.
Our Stamp Simply Challenge (ssnotime130) for this week is a color challenge: to use pink and green. Well, as you can see, there is just a touch of green here, as I'm kind of a monochromatic design kind of gal! It was certainly pleasant to create such a Spring-like design!
This design is also for Friday's Free 4 All Challenge (formerly Limited Supply Challenge) over at Splitcoaststampers: "I want the fairy tale..." creating a design with a bit of bling with a fairy tale quality.
These pretty decorator papers are Pink Pirouette, a retired color from Stampin' Up. The Stamper's Select white cardstock and linen vellum are from PaperTrey Ink. The linen vellum frames each layer...it's a bit difficult to see in the photo.
I stamped the JustRite "My Garden Set" with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink , then colored it with numerous Copic markers. Spellbinder Petite Circle dies were used to cut and frame out the image panel (all from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store).
A Bow Easy and Stampin' Up retired Pirouette Pink ribbon bow, along with Kaiser pink pearls (Stamp Simply Ribbon Store) completes my design for today. Hope you like it!

Hi Deb~
I think you may have hit the eleven-hundred mark of visitors today. I am it! Hurray! I feel so honored! This card is so beautiful and so elegant! I think I must make a mono-chromatic card! I am not sure if it is appropriate to use the concept of your card, and give you credit,of course, If I use a different shape and different colors to try not to "steal your image?" Would you please advise me at SCS? I don't want to offend you, or do anything inappropriate. It is so wonderful!
Thank you for letting me know.
He IS Able,
Traci S.
I use the same user name at SCS.
