Stamp Simply CAS Christmas and Holiday Season

Here's my CAS (well, almost "Clean and Simple"--mostly simple!) design for this week's Stamp Simply Challenge: ssnotime163 "Tis the Season for Clean and Simple."

I am a dp freak...it is so hard for me to keep bare and uncovered cardstock...argh!!! I especially {{{LOVE}}} this combo of dp taken from Basic Grey's "Jovial" Christmas paper pad!

Is this not the cutest snowman family you have ever seen? It's Wordsworth's "Snowman Collection."  I stamped the family with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then colored them with Copic Sketch markers. I've used this set numerous times, often adding glitter or Stickles for gleam.

My image panel was diecut using Spellbinders "Beaded Ovals." The "Beaded" dies also come in circles...both available at the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

A May Art's Stripe ribbon, along with vintage button and piece of tinsel from Webster's "Tinsel Trim" card, add the final touch.

Papers, die, ribbon, ink, and tinsel are all available from the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. Check out the huge supply of pretty Christmas papers and special goodies that Sharon has stocked up for the holiday season.

  6. I love the stamping directly onto the die cut, Deb! I tend to always layer the die cuts, and this makes it much simpler! Note to self! lol Have a super weekend!

  7. Hi Deb~

Only you, my friend, could call this card CAS. Not true...it's just that all of your cards are so lovely, and at a look do not look so simple to make.

I love this Snow family! The expressions on their faces are wonderful! No snow this way...we were 90 degrees yesterday...and 73 this morning. This is our cold front! LOL

Thank you for sharing. I hope you know I was joking with you in the first part of this. I would never want to hurt your feelings. You are such a wonderful person!
