Our Daily Bread For the Love of Custom Dies Hop!

I'm so EXCITED to be back at Our Daily Bread Designs as a part of their new Alumni Team! I've always loved Our Daily Bread Design's sets...deeply etched rubber stamps that feature and celebrate Christian themes and our Heavenly Father! ODBD fills that special niche in the stamping world. So...

Welcome to Our Daily Bread Design's first Alumni Team bi-monthly For the Love Blog Hop. This week the Alumni team along with some of the ODBD designer's are featuring for the Love of ODBD Custom Dies! Check out each link and leave a comment. If you get lost along the way, head to the ODBD blog for a full link list. One of the posts is a hot spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to win a $15 ODBD store gift certificate. So, all you have to do is hop along and see all the creations and leave a little love! You have until February 1st at 6 pm. Winner will be announced February 2nd! So, get hopping and enjoy all the inspiration using for the Love of ODBD Custom Dies!

As mentioned above, we're putting our focus on Our Daily Bread Design's Custom Dies...this one: "Crocheted Circle Die."  It matches up with this lovely ODBD set, "Serve the Lord."

Did you notice the lace border? Well, it isn't lace at all, but a border that is stamped and heat embossed, included in the "Serve the Lord" set. Although I did not use it in this case, the lace border stamp also has a Custom Die that matches it: "Crocheted Border Die."

What a fun image to color...love the lacy details as well! I used Copic Sketch Markers to color the image, then the Crocheted Circle Custom Die to cut it out.

Vellum, pink paper and bow, along with a crystal button, finish this design.

Hop details: If you came here from Betty's blog you are in the right place. Next on the hop is Fran! Remember if you get lost, just head back to Our Daily Bread Design's blog for the full link list.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
