Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style--Weddings

Just want to quickly apologize for being off the grid for these past weeks...I'm still in the States visiting with family, but will be travelling back to Tajikistan soon...thanks so much for your patience on my lack of posts!

Welcome to this weeks Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style! We're focusing on weddings this week...hope you can find some inspiration for all of those upcoming special events! You can find the Weddings category at the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store HERE.

Also, apologies for the poor photo...the card is so much prettier IRL!




My card is a monochromatic gray design using Lily Bee "Buttercup" designer paper. Gray is such a popular color as of late, one of my favorite neutrals!

Prima Laraine "Black Tie" Roses add a floral touch, accented with a Prima "Iced" Petal Pin.

A May Art's 5/8" "Solid Plaid" ribbon bow and border mix up the prints a bit; JustRite's "Summer Words" Mr. & Mrs., layered with Spellbinder Petite Ovals and Shapeabilities Fancy Tags Two, create the sentiment panel.

    I know what you mean about it being prettier IRL. I have that paper and it really catches your attention. I didn't think of using it for a wedding card. I'll have to keep that in mind.

    I've never thought of grey for a wedding card, but you've shown just how beautiful this colour can be; and the leaves add just the right amount of extra colour. Gorgeous!
