Take a look at one of the new small cling sets just released from JustRite Stamps and available at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store!
I couldn't wait to ink up JR small cling "Butterflies" to make up a quick and easy to mail design with a bit of vintage appeal.
I stamped the design with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then die cut it with a Spellbinders Classic Circle die. I then colored it with Copic Sketch markers, and used the Cracked Glass Technique (minus the cracking!) to add a glossy sheen to the butterfly medallion.
Supplies for cracked glass: Versamark Watermark pad, Melt Art Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel UTEE Powder, and a Heat Gun...fun!
The decorator paper here is Kaisercraft Tea Break. Ribbon border is May Art's 1.5" Satin Pleats and May Art's 1/2" Crochet Lace.
The Satin Pleats ribbon is so very versatile for 3D projects...it covers edges beautifully and adds such a classy touch. See it here on my Christmas snowflake, a tuna can with the sides covered with the Satin Pleats:
All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.
Have a great weekend!
