Sparkle Christmas Tree

Hello! Here today with a sparkly Christmas design using Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's "O Christmas Tree" clear stamp set and

Additional glimmer is achieved using Kaisercraft's "Let it Snow" decorator paper; some of the sheets in the pad have lovely foiled accents, such as this one used today.

I began by layering the Kaisercraft papers onto a Ranger Watercolor paper tent fold card -- love the heft of the watercolor paper! Spellbinder Classic Oval dies act as a frame for the lovely, frosted tree.

I stamped the tree from the O Christmas Tree set onto Ranger Watercolor paper with Versafine Vintage Sepia ink. I then watercolored the tree with Tim Holtz Distress inks (HALF PRICE NOW!!!) and die cut it with the O Christmas Tree steel die. Floracraft Twinklets Diamond Dust Glitter adds an icy touch to the branches.

The sentiment is stamped with a sentiment from the O Christmas Tree stamp set, die cut with a Stamp Simply Fishtail Banner Sentiment die, and accented with a bit of glitter as well.

Scor-Tape, Sakura Quickie Glue Pen, and Thermoweb 3D Foam were all used as adhesives.

All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Thanks for stopping by today. Enjoy your week!

Again, I found this one also on the Seasons of Giving hop. It is beautiful. You did such a lovely job putting the snow on the tree. I always have trouble with that and it never looks good. I love the glitter!

Annette: thanks so much for your kind comment. I didn't see this post until just now. I have been using the Tombow Aqua glue...it dries clear, and doesn't yellow. That glitter is pretty nice too! Thanks for stopping by!
