Easy Gilded Valentine

Hello! A super quick and easy Valentine for today--easy to mail, using few supplies, and so pretty in person! The photos just do not do the silver embossing justice!

I die cut three hearts out of Ranger Water Color Paper using The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's "Pierced Nested Heart Trio" dies.  These lovely heart dies are now on SALE for 30% off, a price of $8.95!
I then quickly watercolor painted them with Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry Distress ink (half off now!). After initially watercoloring the hearts, I rubbed the pad direct onto the hearts for even deeper color.

After the ink dried, I used my Versamark Water Mark ink pad along the edges of the hearts and heat embossed them with Ranger Super Fine Silver Embossing Powder. I also treated the panel edge in the same way. Last up, heat embossing the "Love You" sentiment from Stamp Simply's "Farmhouse Simple Sentiments."

The layers are popped up using Thermoweb 3D Foam.

All supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Make certain to check out the deals happening over at Stamp Simply right now:

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to enjoy your weekend!

(sorry, I leave my message as a comment because I didn't find contact form on your blog, hoping you'll see it soon.
Please answer directly to my email address elise.amann(at)wanadoo.fr).

Hello !
I'm writting an article for the issue 57 of the french magazine called "Passion cartes créatives".
The subject is bunnies.
I wish to show your card within this article.
(seen here : https://deborahlynnesdreamincolor.blogspot.com/2010/07/clean-simple-sketch.html)
Would you agree with that ?
If yes, could you please send me as soon as possible a high resolution photo of your creation without watermark on it ?
Of course, your name or pen name if you want will appear next to the image, and the address of your blog will be in the address book.
Thank you in advance for your quick answer, even if it is negative, so that I can get organized (I have to give my paper very soon).
Best Regards, Elise AMANN
PS : I also have to give for tomorrow an article about disguises (costumes, masks...), so if you have cards on this theme, I would be happy to share them with our readers. ;-)
