October--Pastor Appreciation Month

It's October! Crisp temperatures with full blown colorful foliage makes for one of my favorite times of the year! 

October also means Pastor Appreciation Month...time to thank our pastors and ministry workers for all they do! Stamp Simply Ribbon Store has a couple of great sets to accomplish this; today I'm using Stamp Simply's "Pastor Appreciation Greetings" clear stamp set.

I began with a base made with two layers of cardstock covered in Craft Constortium's "Wood Textures" decorator paper. Love this paper pad; it has wonderful wood tones, distressed and beautiful.

Now for colorful foliage: I stamped Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's "Floral Cluster Fall Flowers" image with Memento Rich Cocoa Ink, then colored with with Copic Sketch Markers. The floral cluster was then die cut with the Stamp Simply's "Floral Cluster" steel die.

The Bible Verse sentiment from the Pastor Appreciation Greetings stamp set was stamped with Versafine Vintage Sepia ink, then die cut with Spellbinder Nestabilities Oval dies.

The inside Bible verse is also from the Pastor Appreciation Greetings stamp set, stamped with Versafine Vintage Sepia ink.

Scor-Tape and Thermoweb 3D Foam was used throughout the design.
