Time to Begin Valentine Cards

Hello! Welcome! Here today with my first Valentine of the year, featuring Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's stamps, dies and product.

This card is on the smaller side, 3.25" x 5.25" and reminds me of valentines from my youth, the type that we traded in elementary school.

I began by making a base from Echo Park's "Cupid and Co." decorator paper. FABULOUS valentine pad... colors in reds and pinks. Love it! I stamped directly onto the base using Stamp Simply's "Love" clear stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black ink.

After completing the base, I die cut hearts using a Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's Farmhouse Pierced Nested Heart Die. Each heart is four layers thick --three layers of cardstock and the top layer of decorator paper-- it makes for thick, chipboard dimension on the design.

I trimmed out an envelope from my stash with a bit more Echo Park decorator paper on the flap. Scor-Tape and TomBow Mono Multi Glue were used throughout.

Fun and easy to make and give! All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

All of the team at Stamp Simply are creating Valentine inspiration this week, check them out!
