The Red, White, and Blue

Hello, and Welcome! Here today with a tribute to the red, white, and blue courtesy of Stamp Simply's brand new stamp and die sets: "The Red, White, and Blue" clear stamps and "The Red, White, and Blue Flag" steel die. So great to color and create with for any patriotic holiday or event! You can purchase these as a bundle, or individually.

I stamped the flag with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto white cardstock, then Copic colored before die cutting with the flag die. I die cut the image two additional times and glued all three layers together with Tombow Aqua Liquid Glue for extra dimension and heft.

The sentiment is stamped with Tim Holtz Chipped Sapphire Distress ink, then die cut with a Spellbinder Classic Rectangle die; a red cardstock rectangle was also cut to frame out the sentiment.

Both flag and sentiment are popped up with a bit of dimensional tape over the fabulous Carta Bella "God Bless America" decorator paper panel. I absolutely love patriotic papers, and this Carta Bella pad does not disappoint! I especially love the music print portion; just fabulous. Scor-Tape was used throughout.

Quick and easy to make, easy to mail. All linked supplies are from Stamp Simply's new online store.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Good morning, Deb!

I've never had a reason to send a flag type card. If I did, I would be proud to make one like this one! Love that bg paper!
