Welcome! Here today with a snowy card, suitable for so many occasions for winter! We're getting a ton of snow here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and will continue with snow into March. So, instead of complaining, celebrate! Snow is so lovely!
Stamp Simply provides the "Snowflake Blessings Border Strip" stamp set...love the crispness of the white embossing on the stamped border! I used Versamark Watermark stamp pad along with Ranger Fine Embossing Powder.
The sentiment is also stamped with a sentiment from the "Snowflake Blessings Border Strip" stamp set, stamped with Versafine Claire Blue Bell ink. It is die cut with a Spellbinder Long Rectangle die.
The large snowflake is die cut from a Spellbinder retired die, decorated with the small blue snowflake from Stamp Simply's Christmas Stocking and Mitten die set, along with a Kaisercraft White Pearl.
All linked supplies are from Stamp Simply. Stamp Simply has 15% off storewide right now!
Have a very merry and blessed Christmas!
Jesus is the reason for the season!
Lovely card! I love the bright blue!
ReplyDeleteWe aren't getting snow in Central Florida--it could though! It's getting down in the 20's tonight. It's in the 70's now! Merry Christmas, Deb!
Thanks so much, Traci! Hope you stay warm and the citrus crops do not freeze! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
ReplyDeleteAnother STUNNING card, Deb. I often shy away from embossing because I'm not real good at it. I make a bit of a mess and usually end up throwing it out because it's illegible. I need to watch some tutorials. I've even purchased the powder bag thing...I stink at it. LOL Thanks for sharing this beautiful card with us at Word Art Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Karen L
Thanks so much, Karen! I often do not emboss as well. It turned out better this time than normal! Thanks for your kind comments.
