Hello! Just a quick post to show off some Yooper notecards that I recently gifted for a family reunion giveaway. "Yooper cards?" you may ask? The copper image is the shape of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, lovingly known as the U.P. where "Yoopers" live. The copper U.P. is also significant as our region has had numerous copper mines in the past, known as the "Copper Country."
The U.P. die is Stamp Simply's "Upper Peninsula" die, cut through layers of Luxury Pearlescent Metallic #105 Copper cardstock. I layered a couple of the die cuts to give it extra height. Stamp Simply also has a fantastic stamp set that coordinates with the Upper Peninsula die. See it HERE.
The U.P. is adhered to layers of Craft Consortium's "Patina" decorator paper and Luxury Pearlescent Metallic #80 Copper cardstock. The #80 paper is perfect for layers as it is a bit thinner and does not add weight to the design.
