Vintage Christmas Images and Background

Hello! Here today with another of Stamp Simply's new release: Vintage Christmas! Shown here are Vintage Christmas Images stamps and dies and Vintage Christmas Background. There are various bundles available for sale, as well as the option to purchase separately.

I've gone with a glimmering shaker card today. Sparkle and shine is incredible in real life!

I began by stamping the background image with Memento Rich Cocoa (other options HERE) ink onto kraft paper, then coloring some with Copic Sketch markers and Prismacolor pencils. I find coloring with the pencils is easier on the narrow lines and accents. 

I then die cut the center of the shaker card with Stamp Simply's Vintage Ovals and Twigs dies, which fit both the Vintage Christmas and Boho Fall backgrounds. 

I stamped the cardinal and birdhouse from the Vintage Christmas Images stamp set and die cut with the matching die set. It was colored with Copic Sketch markers. 

Before assembling the shaker card aspect, I used a Versafine Versamark stamp pad, covering the entire surface of the birdhouse and background. I then sprinkled Ranger Frosted Crystal powder over it along with some Ranger Clear Rock Candy Glitter, and heat set it.

The shaker card is filled with artificial snow and more of the Rock Candy Glitter.
