Soft Christmas Tree Wishes

Here's a soft Christmas tree in muted colors for today featuring Stamp Simply's O Christmas Tree stamp and die sets. There are three different Christmas trees in the stamp set, but I love this Christmas tree stamp and die most, and have used it for many posts. Now to the card. The base is made up of white cardstock and a minty, soft aqua gingham designer paper from my stash. I stamped the love, joy, and peace sentiment from the O Christmas Tree stamp set with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink directly onto the background. 

After stamping the Christmas tree onto white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I added a bit of color with Copic Sketch markers. The O Christmas Tree die cuts it out perfectly.  Ranger Crystal Effects with Distress Rock Candy glitter adds some gleam to the tree. The tree was then popped up with dimensional tape onto the gingham backdrop.

A May Art's Baker's Twine string finishes off the design.
