Hello: Here today with a challenge from the "My Favorite Hop" over at Instagram...this week we were to design around a "favorite Springtime activity." My "activity" is waiting for when the birds return to our chilly clime. Many birds leave during our long, harsh winters, so hearing birdsong early Springtime mornings really warms my heart. I also love feeding and having birds visit our deck year 'round.
This card features Stamp Simply's God Will Take Care of You clear stamp and die sets. I stamped the bird and branch with Memento ink onto white cardstock then colored them with Copic Sketch markers. I then die cut the two with the God Will Take Care of You die set. The birdsong was stamped with Versafine Clair Morning Mist ink directly onto a white Stampin' Up Everyday Arches shaped panel.
The base of the card is covered with some decorator paper from my stash and then highlighted with some baker's twine.
This is a smaller sized tent fold card...3.75 x 4.25."
