Sending Blessings and Daisies

Sending blessings and daisies to you today!

I pulled out my copic markers to play with Altenew's "Spring Daisy" stamp set and die set for today's design.

I began by stamping the largest daisy on a cardstock panel using Memento's Rich Cocoa ink. Color details were added with Sketch Copic markers. In an attempt to add extra interest, I stamped the daisy off the edge of the main cardstock image panel a bit; then stamped again on the bottom layer to pick right back up where the petal belongs.

I did two step stamp the center of the blooms and the leaf (Tim Holtz Distress inks Vintage Photo and Bundled Sage), off stamping as not to get too deep a shade of color.

The smaller daisy and leaf were die cut using the Altenew dies to match the Spring Daisy set.

A Stamp Simply Clear Blessings/Beatitudes 1 sentiment was stamped on the image panel, then layered over Kaisercraft's "Charlotte's Dream" designer paper using Thermoweb 3D Foam Strips for dimension.

A border of May Art's 1.5" Crochet Lace finishes this design.

All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

My camera just would not work today, so thanks to my dear DIL, Jenn, for allowing me to use her cell phone. Hope my camera is not on it's last days...
Thanks for stopping by!
