Stick Family Mini Release

HELLO and Welcome to Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's mini release of "Stick Family" and "Stick Family Sentiments." Two sets-- one a Stick Family and the other a range of sentiments to go with. These sets are meant to fun--for both kids and adults alike.
Here's a collage of my grandson creating...
he thought the set was "really cool."

You may notice that the Stick Figures in the set do not have hair-- YES--they are purposefully left bald so that you can have fun creating any style you like! You can purchase the sets separately, or bundled. Here's what they look like:

My first card features a family of four, plus pooch; paper pieced outfits and colored with Prismacolor pencils. The family was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink, colored, then die cut with a Spellbinders Long Rectangle die. The image panel was layered over a base of Simple Stories "So Rad" decorator paper, and the sentiment from the Stick Figure Sentiment clear stamp set was die cut with a Stamp Simply's Fishtail Banner Sentiment die. A bit of sewing was added for interest. This card is longer and will fit in a business size envelope.

My second card features a new family-- Baby makes Three! The stick figures were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and Copic Sketch colored.  The sentiments are all from the Stick Figure Sentiment set, the "congrats" was die cut with a small Spellbinder Rectangle die. This card is a regular sized A2 card. Both cards are flat and easy to mail.

Decorator paper used here is Graphic 45's "Cafe Parisian 6x6 Patterns and Solids." Adhesives used: Sakura Quickie Glue pen and Scor-Tape.

Fun! All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Be sure to check out the Stamp Simply blog to view all of the fabulous inspiration from the entire design team plus the addition of a couple of guest designers!

Hi Deborah!
I pray you and your loved ones are well and blessed. I love the family all dressed in Madras plaid!

The photos of your grandson are precious! He isn't "the baby," is he?!

I've been using this stay at home situation to make a lot of cards, and taking my coloring classes! I've been having such a great time doing it, too. This is a great time to make a bunch of birthday, anniversary, thinking of you and thank you cards. We can't go in the store and safely look through the store-bought cards for people we care about---but who needs a reason to papercraft, right?

He IS Able!

I was getting to an "unknown" pile in my art room, and I found some "STAMP SIMPLY" supplies! Woo-hoo! 2 sets of gorgeous paper and tea cup dies! I'd never opened the package! So exciting!

Hey Traci: Nice to hear from you! Glad to hear that you are getting crafting done during this time. And you are right...it's a good time to get caught up on those cards that we know we will need in the future! Thanks for the card comment...it is our oldest grandson in the pic. The youngest is three years old.

Fun to find new stuff in your stash! There is a Coffee Lovers hop on the end of the month...maybe you can make something new for that with the tea cups! Looking forward to seeing how you use them!

Take care and hope you are well!
