Bless You Abundantly

Hello! The weather has been very pleasant here this week; cooler temperatures and partly sunny. A fresh reprieve from some of the heat we have experienced this summer.

As soon as temperatures begin to drop, I love to begin to make Autumn cards! Today's card uses Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's "Autumn Blessings" clear stamp set, along with their "Autumn Blessings Wheat Bundle" steel dies.

I began by making the base card layers using Authentique's "Gracious" decorator paper. The wheat decorator paper acts as a beautiful backdrop for the wheat sheaf from the Stamp Simply set.

A wide border of May Art's 2.5" Cotton Blend Vintage Plain ribbon adds a bit of texture for the base layer.
The wheat was stamped with Tim Holtz Distress Inks, then die cut with the Wheat Bundle die. The wheat was die cut an additional two times, then glued together to create a wheat sheaf with extra dimension.

The Bible verse from the "Autumn Blessings" set was stamped with Versafine Vintage Sepia ink, spattered with distress ink, then die cut with Spellbinder Oval Nestabilities.

Thermoweb 3D Foam and Scor-Tape were used throughout the design.

All linked supplies are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Thanks for stopping by today and be sure to get some sunshine!

This is a lovely card. Especially in times like these, this verse is very welcome.
Thanks for sharing it with us.
