Clean and Simple Christmas Tag

We're doing "Clean and Simple" Christmas over at the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store this week. Here's my pared down Christmas tag which features Stamp Simply's "Christmas Blessings" clear stamp and "Christmas Blessings Holly" steel die sets. 

I began with a black base tag(Tim Holtz/Sizzix Tag Collection Framelet dies) and added a checked panel made with Echo Park's "Little Lumber Jack" decorator paper and a Spellbinder Classic Rectangle die.

I stamped both the holly onto rustic white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Ink and then colored it with Copic Sketch Markers. I then cut it with Stamp Simply's "Christmas Blessings Holly die." 

I stamped the sentiment from the "Christmas Blessings" stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black ink and die cut it with a Spellbinder Classic Oval die.

The sentiment oval was adhered to the base with Scor-Tape, and the holly popped up with a bit of Thermoweb 3D Foam.

A piece of May Art's Baker Twine finishes the design.
