Hello once again! I had some more fun watercoloring die cuts and wanted to share my creation! The lemons here are Spellbinders "Lemon Zest Etched Dies." Are they not simply delicious looking?!? Ready to squeeze for some summertime refreshment!
I began by watercoloring a panel of watercolor paper using Daniel Smith Watercolors. After the panel dried, I ran the Lemon Zest dies and colored panel through the die cutting machine. So simple!
The background texture is from Tim Holtz/Sizzix 3D Texturefade "Woven" embossing folder (available at Stamp Simply); embossed on watercolor paper.
The fresh sentiment is from Stamp Simply's "Fruit Sentiments" from their "Fruit of the Spirit" series. It is stamped with Versafine Claire Acorn ink, and die cut with a older tag die. A piece of May Art's Burlap String ties it all together.
