Stamp Simply Christmas in July

Welcome! It's Christmas in July over at Stamp Simply with some fab inspiration and a sale on Christmas items! Be certain to check the Stamp Simply blog to see all of the design team creations AND now is a great time to stock up early to begin Christmas cards.

My project today is actually a tent fold gift card that you attach directly to a wrapped package. There is plenty of room to write your sentiment and can be taken from the package for cute little Christmas decor piece. The size is 4.5 x 4.5." You can of course size it up to a regular size card to fit in an envelope as well.

My project for today features Stamp Simply's "Christmas Blessings" stamps and die.

I began by stamping Stamp Simply's "Christmas Blessings" holly twice onto watercolor paper with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, then watercolored it with Daniel Smith watercolors. The images were then die cut with the Stamp Simply "Christmas Blessings Holly" steel die.

Spellbinder Standard Oval Nestabilites die cuts make for a sentiment panel; the sentiment is from the Christmas Blessings stamp set. The red ink used here is Versafine Clair Tulip Red ink.

The background decorator paper is Craft Consortium "Festive Flora." Perfect for the holly leaves! The final touch is a bow of baker's twine.

Fun and fairly easy to mass produce for gift packaging!

All linked supplies are from Stamp Simply.

And a big shout out to Stamp Simply's "Flower of the Week!" Beautiful "Pretty Poppies" and "Delightful Dahlias" are on sale this week!!!
