Hello! Welcome! Here today with a card to celebrate the "First Blush of Autumn!" Leaves are changing here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and will soon be in full color.
My card for today is in an unexpected colorway for Autumn, but fun in any case! It features two different stamp sets from Stamp Simply, brand new "Falling Leaves Border Strip" and
older "Harvest" stamps and dies, which coordinate perfectly!
older "Harvest" stamps and dies, which coordinate perfectly!
I began by stamping the new "Falling Leaves Border Strip" clear stamp with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and coloring with Copic Sketch markers. I also stamped the leaves from the "Harvest" set and colored and die cut with the "Harvest" dies.
The border and leaves were mounted on a panel that was embossed with a textured embossing folder. The "Autumn" sentiment from the "Harvest" set was stamped and die cut, then added to the panel for a final touch.
All linked supplies are from Stamp Simply.

Love the unexpected colors. They work well for a fall card. - That border stamp is awesome.
Love it, Deb! It is especially perfect to give next month--Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Now you have me thinking of purple, or blue leaves!
Thanks so much, Ida. I was wondering when I chose the colorway...non traditional colors work for Christmas, but for Fall? Something different. Thanks for your kind comments.
Hey Traci: thanks so much! Neat that it coincides with Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
