A clean and simple card for today featuring Stamp Simply's Product of the Week: Farmhouse Sentiment Series. This sentiment set is Farmhouse Scriptural Quotes. The mixed font is so appealing, as are the Bible verses in the set. The leaf set is Stamp Simply's Fall Harvest stamps and dies.
I do love an Autumn ride in the forest surrounded by falling leaves and color; on a still day you can practically hear the leaves falling and hitting the ground. A perfect time to worship our Heavenly Father and His creation.
This card is quite simple. I used Ranger Tim Holtz Watercolor cardstock for the base and layer, along with the paper for the stamped and watercolored leaves. I used Versafine Clair Acorn ink to stamp the Harvest leaves along with Kuretake Zig brush markers for the watercolor. The Harvest dies were used to cut the leaves.
If you look closely you can see that I ran the top panel through an embossing folder on the right hand side of the card for texture. The Farmhouse sentiment is stamped with Versafine Clair Acorn ink on the left.
Quick and easy to make, great to mail!
