Thanksgiving Design

Here's an easy to mail design with Thanksgiving wishes...and, easy to create with products from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store! I've used Stamp Simply Clear "Autumn Blessings" stamp and steel die sets, Stamp Simply Clear "All Occasion Sentiments Set Two" stamps, and a Stamp Simply Fishtail Sentiment Banner die 

for this card.

I began by stamping the wheat bundles from the "Autumn Blessings" set with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Wild Honey and a Tonic Stamp Platform, then die cut them with the Autumn Blessings wheat bundles steel die.  I used a Prismacolor pencil to add some detail to the stamped images, and wrapped a bit of May Art's Burlap String around them for added interest.

Justrite's "Three in a Row" die was then used to make the frame shape, cutting it from Authentique's "Pleasant" decorator paper and creamy cardstock. The background is also from the "Pleasant" decorator pad, so similar to a "Burberry" plaid print!

The wheat bundles were then mounted into the frames with Thermoweb 3D Foam pieces, and a sentiment was stamped using  Stamp Simply Clear "All Occasion Sentiments Set Two" and Versafine Vintage Sepia ink. The sentiment was then die cut with a die from Stamp Simply's Fishtail Sentiment Banner die set and then mounted to the background with Thermoweb foam.
