Floral Cluster--Fall Flowers

Back today with another of The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store's "Floral Cluster Series" clear stamps and "Floral Cluster and Sprigs" dies. Today's design... "Floral Cluster Fall Flowers." Remember that each of the new floral cluster sets 

are able to be die cut with one die!

I began with layers of Ranger Water Color paper. I do love the texture and heft that watercolor paper provides. I layered it up with a bit of brown cardstock. The ribbon border beneath the sentiment panel is May Art's 1.5" Striped Grosgrain.

The sentiment panel is stamped with phrases from the "Fall Floral Cluster" stamp set, along with the ampersand from Stamp Simply's "Welcome Fall" stamp set. Tim Holtz Distress inks were used for the sentiment and spatters that dot the background.

The sentiment panel was die cut with Spellbinder's Hemstitch Oval dies, and also layered over brown cardstock.

I stamped the Fall Floral Cluster onto watercolor paper, then watercolor painted it with the Tim Holtz Distress Inks. What a fun image to paint! I cannot wait to use it with other mediums as well!

The inside of the card was stamped with a Bible verse from the same Welcome Fall stamp set as the ampersand. Easy to mail and fun to create!
